Gentle Yoga

Drawing from classic Yoga asanas, Qigong exercises, Tai Chi principles, Meditation awareness, and combines with various breathing techniques, Gentle Yoga is a contemplative practice, aimed at evoking a peaceful, contemplative and calm set of mind while stretching and relaxing the body.

Open to all, including complete beginners. No previous knowledge or experience required. Currently one hour class, Tuesdays 10-11am. Always consult this website’s homepage calendar and announcements for last minute changes before heading out to the studio. $10 per class.
